To serve as an authoritative and representative platform for the catering industry in Singapore.
To work towards making the catering industry one that is professional & well-regarded in Singapore.
Monitor issues that are raised by policy makers that affect the catering industry.
To act jointly on matters of common interest and to represent members in communication with policy makers, the media, other relevant bodies and the public.
To serve as a resource centre for manpower, training and business networking for caterers in Singapore.
To foster and strengthen links with food-related associations and culinary institutes locally & internationally.
