The 121PS Facebook page is for connecting with employers of domestic helpers/ maids in Singapore. While we can give general advice on helper-related issues, please do not use this page for complaining about other maid agencies, helpers or 121PS because it is not professional to do so.

If you have specific issues that you wish to have our advice on (disclaimer: our advice may not always be right, you use at your own risk), please make sure that your own privacy is protected first. Do not name the agency(ies) involved or the helper, your own name, etc. This will protect you and us from any possible legal issues.

Better yet, private message us, if you want to provide details. While we will ensure confidentiality, the information will still be on FB's servers which may be subjected to hacking, etc.
