Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle is a hawker dish amongst the local favorite.
As with every local there are a few variation to the dish.
At XiaoDi Fried Prawn Noodle we serve the wetter version with thick bee hoon.
It is made by frying egg, beansprout, yellow noodle, rice vermicelli and garlic in lard oil, to bring out their full fragrance, before binding it all together with a thick prawn stock.
Garnish with chives and crispy fried lard.
To fully enjoy your noodle we recommend you stir in some lime juice, and also our specially made chilli if you like it spicy.
