We offer variety of delicious dry ramen - "Mazesoba". "Maze" means "to mix", "soba" means "noodles". Our significant menu - Mazesoba Nagoya style, which comes with spicy minced pork, soft boiled egg, seaweed and vegetables.
You may add some vinegar or chili oil to spice up the flavour!
After finishing the ramen, you can order for a spoonful of rice (it's FREE!) to mix with the leftover sauce.
