White Trail Adventures

has been conducting dog sledding tours in our northern Scandinavia region since 1983 under the name "Lapland Wilderness Tours".

Now, after deviding the company, we as "White Trail Adventures" will continue our way of arranging and operating dogsled-tours and other outdoor-activities as we did already succesfully over many years.

We operate in a wilderness setting with a variety of trails from the tundra lowlands to the high mountain area around Mt. Kebnekaise and Abisko National Park in Swedish-Lapland.

We have our own resident professional guides and all of them have many years of experience working with our sled dog activities and assure our clients top instruction, supervision and a memorable holiday in "Europes last Wilderness"...For us the passion for the huskies is not just a job...It`s a lifestyle that we choose to live.

We operate our dog sledding tours from our well equiped "Mushers Lodge" in Kauppinen/Kiruna, from here all of our tours visit our wilderness base camp where oil lamps and candles provide the light, fires of native wood provide the heat and rustic cabins the shelter. There are also simple cabins along our scenic tour trails which we use on our longer tours.

With a diverse and comprehensive range of tours, taking into account individual needs and openness to very specific demands, we want to try to make the Winter-adventure "Lapland" available for everyone.
