الاهداف

1- الدعم والدفاع عن حقوق الفئات المهمشة من خلال تقديم المساعدات والدعم والاستشارات على كافة انواعها.
2- نشر الوعي وثقافة حقوق الانسان لا سيما في مجال حقوق (الطفل , المرأة , المعوق, المعتقل, السجين, اللاجئ.....) والدفاع عن كافة الحقوق التي يكفلها الدستور والمواثيق والقوانين الدولية لاسيما الشرعية الدولية لحقوق الانسان بما تضمنته من مواثيق واعلانات وعهود وبروتوكولات.
3- اعداد وتنفيذ مشاريع ودراسات ورسم استراتيجيات ووضع تقارير وبرامج تدريبية خاصة بما تقدم, اضافة الى تقديم الاستشارات.
4- اقامة الندوات والمؤتمرات وورش العمل واصدار المطبوعات على كافة انواعها واستعمال كافة وسائل نشر المعلومات المتعلقة بما تقدم ( نشرات دورية وغير دورية, كتب, تقارير، بروشورات, بوسترات , والمواقع الالكترونية.....)
5- توثيق علاقات الصداقة والتعاون مع جميع المنظمات والهيئات الدولية والاقليمية المعنية بحقوق الانسان ومع جمعيات حقوق الانسان داخل وخارج السويد.
6- نشر وترسيخ وإرساء مفاهيم وثقافة الديمقراطية وحقوق الانسان والسلام في المجتمع ونبذ العنف ومكافحة الجريمة والفساد ومراقبة الشفافية في اداء منظمات العمل الاجتماعي.
7- تقديم الدعم القانوني والقضائي للفئات المهمشة والمستضعفة أمام الجهات المختصة. وعقد الندوات والمؤتمرات وورش العمل والدوارات التدريبية وحملات توعية.وإصدار الكتب والنشرات والدوريات وإعداد الدراسات والبحوث الميدانية الخاصة بأنشطة (safe) . وتعزيز المواءمة والتنسيق والتعاون وتبادل الخبرات بين مؤسسات المجتمع المدني والمنظمات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية .
8- تنمية المجتمعات المهمشة.
9- إبرام المواثيق المحلية والعربية والدولية التي تمكن من ممارسة الحقوق والواجبات.
الاليات:
1. رفع الدعاوى القضائية وتقديم المساعدة والدعم القانوني .
2. رصد انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان ومواجهاتها بالطرق القانونية.
3. القيام بحملات توعية قانونية لتحسين أوضاع المشاركة العامة وحقوق الإنسان .
4. القيام بحملات لنشر ثقافة السلام ونبذ العنف وقبول الآخر .
5. إعداد الدراسات والأبحاث القانونية والدستورية .
6. إصدار كتيبات ونشرات قانونية غير دورية .
7. إعداد دورات تدريبية وورش عمل وندوات ومؤتمرات .
8. تأسيس مكتبة قانونية لمساعدة الباحثين في مجال حقوق الإنسان

A. Organization’s Objectives:
I. Supporting and defending the rights of marginalized groups.
II. Raising awareness and a culture of human rights, particularly in the area of child, women, the disabled, the prison, the prisoner, refugees... and the defense of all the rights guaranteed by the constitution and international covenants and laws, especially international legitimacy for human rights, including the contents of the charters, declarations, covenants and protocols.
III. Consolidating and raising awareness for a culture of democracy, human rights, peace in the society, the renunciation of violence and the fight against crime and corruption and transparency in monitoring the performance of social work organizations.
IV. Providing legal and judicial support for marginalized and vulnerable groups in front of the competent authorities.
V. Developing marginalized communities.
VI. Concluding the local, Arab and international laws and charters that enable the practice of rights and duties.
B. Organization’s Mechanisms:
I. Providing assistance, support and consulting of all kinds.
II. Preparing and implementing projects and studies, drawing strategies and developing reports and special training programs including what was mentioned, in addition to providing consultancy.
III. Holding seminars, conferences, workshops and publications of all kinds, and using of all means of disseminating information relating to the foregoing (periodicals and non-periodical, books, reports, brochures, posters, and websites ...).
IV. Documenting the friendship and cooperation with all organizations and international and regional bodies concerned about human rights and with the human rights associations within and outside Sweden.
V. Holding seminars, conferences, workshops, rotors training and awareness campaigns. Issuing books, pamphlets and periodicals and the preparation of field studies and research related to the activities of the organization (SAFE). And promoting harmonization, coordination, cooperation and exchange of experiences between the institutions of civil society and local organizations, regional and international.
VI. Suing and providing assistance and legal support.
VII. Monitoring human rights violations and respond through the legal procedures.
VIII. Holding legal awareness campaigns to improve conditions for public participation and human rights.
IX. Holding campaigns to spread the culture of peace and non-violence and acceptance of others.
X. Preparing legal and constitutional studies and researches.
XI. Issuing legal periodical booklets and brochures.
XII. Preparing for training courses, workshops, seminars and conferences.
XIII. Establishing a legal library to assist researchers in the field of human rights.
C. Organization’s activity fields:
The organization activates in the field of spreading democracy, human rights, peace and conflict resolution in the Syrian community and neighboring and asylum countries.
