Stockholm based modelling agency Nisch Management was founded in late 2008. With experience from the fields of modelling, media and psychology the founders wanted to create an agency where current trends from the world of modelling would be reflected, where the client's needs would always be in focus and where managerial techniques from the field of business psychology would be applied to all of the management done by the agency.

Nisch Management represents a wider range of beauty, where each model's uniqueness is highlighted, not disguised. We look for strong and striking features, a high motivation, a professional attitude and that "special something". The models' individualities and personalities are taken into account, and their careers are built, step by step, to match their specific needs and abilities. The models are always involved in their careers and will continuosly receive information and feedback. A direct communication helps the models to gain the confidence and trust they need for a lasting career.

Extensive time and effort is put on scouting and development. The Nisch models are provided a thorough training and schooling before being marketed actively. When a client books a model they can expect a responsible attitude, from models and agents alike. We strive to meet and attend to the needs of every client. Naturally our aim is to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with our clients.
