I’m a Yoga teacher and designer filled with wanderlust. I travel around the globe intended to uplift, nourish and stir the soul. I have a finely tuned appetite for adventures, experiences and a healthy thirst for matcha and home bake. I have chosen to cast off what convention dictated and become a master of my own destiny.

I am inspired by simple pleasures like smelling the parfume of white Plumeria flowers in bloom, or listening to the waves of the ocean. I’m passionate about all things wellbeing, Ayurveda, making people happy and standing on my hands.
