The only thing you have to do is breathe! Hot Yoga Malmö welcomes first-timers every day. No prerequisites or prior yoga experience needed. We offer classes all day long, 7 days per week (over 50 classes per week). 2 yoga rooms. Smaller and larger groups. Start today!

We offer mixed classes with clear instructions from certified and knowledgeable instructors and teachers. Yoga, breathing and meditation interwoven into a complete practice.

We care about you and the carbon footprint on the planet. We maintain a social and an environmental responsibility. Your health, wellbeing and our environment's needs are important to us. Thus, we offer safe heat without radiation. The heat is recycled whereas the air is exchanged to keep the room oxygenated. We are committed to making environmentally responsible decisions in how we run our center. Our studio is designed to have a low negative impact on the environment. Eg. low voc paints, led lighting, recycled floors and furniture, low flush toilets, furniture purchased from companies who ensure wood is recycled or have come from certified forests. We carry this practice of sustainable design through to our daily operational choices - purchasing all recycled or environmentally sound products for office use and marketing material, promoting re-fillable water bottles instead of plastic bottles, non toxic and biodegradable containers and cutlery for take away.
