More than 80 years ago in a small town in the Swiss Alps, a master chocolate maker embarked on a path that would make him one of the world’s greatest chocolatiers.

Dolf thoroughly searched throughout the world to locate the finest cocoa, marzipan, fruits, nuts, and other ingredients and after years of experimenting, skillfully blended these into his now famous recipes.

Our kitchens in Zürich today make more than hundred varieties of chocolates using these original recipes which have now passed from father to son. In the tradition, the world’s finest and most expensive natural ingredients are blended together using absolutely no chemicals, additives, or preservatives.

أكثر من ٨٠ سنه قي قرية صغيرة في سويسرا، كان صانع الشوكولاتة الماستر دولف تويشر يسير في مسار أفضل صنّاع الشوكولاتة في العالم.

دولف يبحث في كل أنحاء العالم على أفضل مكونات الشوكولاتة من الكاكاو، مرزبان، فواكة ، مكسرات و بعض المكونات الأخرى. وبعد سنوات من التجارب والإتقان في خلط المكونات مع بعضها قام بعمل أشهر الوصفات.

المطبخ في زيورخ حالياً يصنع أكثر من ١٠٠ نوع شوكولاتة باستخدام أفضل المكونات و الوصفات الخاصة التي تتوارثها العائلة. و اختيار أفضل المكونات و خلطهم مع بعض دون استخدام مواد كميائية أو إضافات أو مواد حافظة.
