في شوال 1405 هـ الموافق يونيو 1985 م افتتح السيد/ منيرعبد الخالق رفه مالك ومؤسس مطاعم الصيادية الفرع الأول لسلسة مطاعم الصيادية بمدينة جدة كأول مطعم يقدم المأكولات البحرية الجداوية الأصيلة المرتكزة على عنصري الحداثة والأصالة .

لقد لعبت والدته السيدة/ منيرة سالم الرويحي، رحمها الله (1923م -2009م) دور رئيس وهام في إضفاء طابع الأصالة على ما يقدمه المطعم من أطباق، فأمدَّتهُ بأسرار وفنون الطهي الجداوي العريق الذي تميزت به في المجتمع الجداوي القديم كأحد أمهر سيدات جدة المتمرسات في فنون طبخ أطباق السمك الجداوية الأصيلة على مختلف مذاقاتها وأشرفت إشرافاً مباشراً وتابعت عن قرب منتجات المطعم التي حملت أسرار مطبخها الأصيل.

إن مطاعم الصيادية كلاسيك وصيادية إكسبرس يعترفان بالفضل والجميل للوالدة الكريمة على ما تحقق من نجاح بما قدمته لنا من أسرار مطبخها العريق.

In Shawwal 1405 Hijri, June 1985, Mr. Mounir Abdulkhaliq Raffa, owner and founder of SAYADIYAH RESTAURANT, started the first outlet that is specialized in native Jeddah seafood, combining both authenticity and contemporary themes.

The backbone part of such unique venture is represented by the founder's mother, Mrs. Mounira Salem Al Rowaihi (1923-2009), who was an expert and super chef with indepth knoweldge of native Jeddah cooking, taste and receipies, thus she maintained a close supervision on the restaurant's dishes enforcing her ideas, style and cooking secrets.

This appreciation is dedicated to the founder's mother who was behind such successful story by leaving her personal imprints and touches on our menu.

Since then, we spare neither effort nor time to maintain originality; nonetheless, keep abreast with current times cooking methods as well as continuous development of quality, affordable menu prices, food presentation and appearance as well as service style.
