How do I confirm my order?

For ordering items, inbox us at our page with your original name, email address, location and number along with the items description and the quantity you want to book. In order to serve you best and avoid any inconsistency in your order we will issue your order confirmation receipt. If your receipt has not been issued to you in one day period, kindly communicate to us.

Payment Method: We are offering convenient payment method i.e. Cash on Delivery

Discount Policy: Since all our items are already sold at fantastically low prices, we cannot offer additional discounts even for larger quantities.

Note: As an online shopping community we don’t have showrooms as we request the items from the supplier after your purchase. You can be assured that our website will give you extensive item descriptions. Delivery Process:

All orders take a standard 3 weeks period to arrive here. Sometimes the duration fluctuates due to some event which will be communicated to you by our team. We will always post order deadlines, any order after that date is automatically booked with next shipment. And if your order has been placed after the order deadline then it will be part of next shipment and will take the time suggested for that shipment. All information is always updated on our page regarding deadlines so keep watching our space.

In case you’re travelling or not available, Please notify us in timely manner so we can schedule a later delivery date at your convenience. We can hold your order for up to two weeks only. Alternatively you can designate any other person to accept the delivery on your behalf. Make sure to give us all necessary details to ensure a smooth process.

For order pick-ups, our team will update to customers about time, schedule and location. Customers should “Acknowledge” our message in 24 hours by replying to us that they will be at the promised spot to collect their order. If in case our coordinator does not or is unable to contact you at the time of pickup in the given time frame, please inbox us so we can take necessary action.

For order deliveries, kindly provide your exact details, Google coordinates (map) and stick to the plan provided by our team. In case of no response, our team will re-schedule your delivery or cancel your order.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Once an order has been placed it cannot be edited or cancelled after 12 hrs upon receipt of the item / order confirmation, so please make sure you are satisfied with what you're ordering before you are ordering.

WE DO NOT CANCEL OR AMEND ANY ORDERS AFTER 12 HOURS OF ORDER PLACEMENT, so make sure your order is correct. Because when you place an order it is credited and paid for by us. It is a mutual trust and any violation of trust results in NO FUTURE SERVICES FOR YOU.
