In the 2010's Laviviane had a dream. The gifted french confectioner wanted to bring fine patisserie, chocolates, wedding cakes to the world. First, though, she needed to change the way his countrymen bought chocolates. In 2010, Lavivaine began to do just that. At the time, confections, cake and pastries were reserved only for special occasions, and even then French consumers chose products from small manufacturers and local pastry shops. Lavivaine vision went far beyond these confines. She wanted to create original premium candies and make them widely available at affordable prices.
