Khaleeg Factory for Natural Stone Co.. was established in 1992. The area of the factory is about 25,000 sq.meters and 90% of the area has allocated for the production. We have one Static block making machine called Colombia 50(made in USA) which has fully automatic block producing, palatalizing and cubing system. This machine is not only producing the conventional products but producing light weight, decorative, architectural as well as pavers. The system has included steam curing process in which the products are being well cured with highest impact.
The production fleet has also included 2 nos. of Zenith 913(made in Germany) and one Badin (made in Italy) egg laying type Machines those are presently producing 35,000 of different sizes of concrete blocks a day relatively adjusted with sales ensuring supplying of fresh products to the customers as the total capacity of product is about 50,000 blocks a day.
The facility has sufficient quantities of cranes for delivering of blocks, clamps for collecting and loading blocks, dump trailers for transporting aggregate and sand from quarry and bulkier for transporting cement from factory.
The shapes of the green products are being instantly checked and the final products qualities are always ensured by QC Engineers. Products are being regularly tested every week in our lab as well as other independent labs.
