Al-Faisalya Women Welfare Society in Jeddah was founded in 1976 and since its inception it started the implementation of its social, health, cultural, and rehabilitation services for the needy and low income families.
Al-Faisalya Women Welfare Society has been the leader in achieving many charitable projects not only at the level of the region but also at the level of the Arabian Gulf Countries. Jeddah Autism Center is one of the most important projects that Al-Faisalya Women Welfare Society founded in 1993 and it was the first of its kind in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
It is one of the most important leading institutes that provided the best educational programs and family support for children with autism. It was ranked as the first Arab center that provided sound scientific methodology. This has been achieved with the help of international experts specialized in the field of autism.
The aim was to improve the services provided and highlight the latest scientific theories related to the disorder of autism for professionals and families of children with autism.
