Astralis Health Club & Spa 4.09

The beautiful Health Club has extensive facilities and includes a fitness pool for aqua aerobics, and lane swimming, fully equipped gym, member’s lounge and several fitness studios. Classes vary from Yoga and Pilates to Zumba, Step, Dance and Circuits. The team can also provide gym inductions, nutritional consultations and personal training.

Treatments at Astralis include facials, massage, hot stone, reflexology, slimming and cellulite treatments, hammam, waxing, threading, tinting, lash extensions, sunbed, spray tanning, manicures, pedicures and hairdressing.

With views over Khobar and out to sea, two cafe’s providing delicious salads, sandwiches, cakes and several lounges and relaxation areas, Astralis aims to ensure members comfort and relaxation throughout the day.

Astralis has several different types of membership to cater for everyone’s needs, including all encompassing Diamond Membership, Teen Membership, One Month Passport Membership, Medical Membership and Opal Membership (for those who just want to come to Astralis for treatments).
