Al- Barrak and Sons Company Modification Division has undertaken small to medium size Building Modification Projects on lump-sum turn-key basis. The projects include renovations to interior designing works. We have a dedicated team of professionals working at HADEED from year 2006 to present.

At present we are also executing a lump-sum turn-key project on different locations such as Kayan Petrochemical, Saudi Iron and Steel Company, Saudi Aramco and etc. Our Division’s capabilities and work force was distinguished as an Integrated Engineering & Industrial Services Company being fully capable of handling medium to large size projects and achieving par excellence of Engineering Standards.

Our workforce is composed of experienced team having vast exposure to various modification jobs inside plants. We are capable of mobilizing 100 + skilled workers on a fast track basis. To develop our product for pc crushed product to meet the market demand in terms of homogenous crushed pc scrap that can be used generally for different end-users input material.
Focus to start our crushing plant max by July 2012 to build our capabilities to meet his market demand in future.

This product is very rare in terms of availability in the global market it can be recycled to be used again by certain end-users to reduce the cost of production as they are not using virgin pc pellets.
Although there was a decrease in prices of virgin pc during the last 11 months starting from.
The Business strategy for recycling is to establish a ceiling for global market share and diversify client base by selectively investing for growth in segments such as mould end-users where our strengths can be applied to attain a competitive advantage as the focused low cost producer. Fluctuating prices of prime pc can pressurize our marketing capabilities.
We intend to expand in recycling products, research and development and invest in capex to seek new market segments other segments. For market attractiveness to be maintained a blue ocean strategy may be required.
