لقد تأسست مؤسستنا في عام 2005 كشركة عاملة في مجال صناعة المقاولات المتكاملة والتحقت بعضوية المقاولين السعودي لتبدأ مسيرة العمل بالمشاركة في البناء ودعم مسيرة التنمية المتكاملة التي نتطلع إليها.

تتنوع خدماتنا التي نقدمها لعملائنا فيما يلي :
أولاً ) الأعمال الهندسية المتكاملة وتشمل :
1- أعمال التصميمات الهندسية المتكاملة ( معماري – إنشائي – كهرباء – ميكانيكا – صحي ) ويقوم بها مجموعة من المهندسين الاستشاريين من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات الهندسة .
2- إعداد المقايسات اللازمة لمرحلة ما قبل الإنشاء وتحديد القيمة التقديرية لتكلفة المشروعات الهندسية وكذلك الجداول الزمنية للتنفيذ مرفقا بها التدفقات المالية اللازمة لذلك .
3- عمل دراسات الجدوى للمشروعات الهندسية المختلفة .
4- تقديم كافة الاستشارات الهندسية مع تقديم حلول مبتكرة للتنفيذ في جميع أنواع المنشآت .

ثانيا ) أعمال المقاولات المتكاملة وتشمل :
1- أعمال إنشاء وتشطيب جميع المباني السكنية والتجارية بدءا من الحفر مرورا بأعمال الخرسانات وانتهاءً بأعمال التشطيبات والأعمال الكهربائية والميكانيكية والصحية .
2- الإشراف المتكامل على التنفيذ واستلام الأعمال بما يضمن جودة الإنشاءات بأقل التكاليف .


ثالثا ) أعمال المقاولات التخصصية وتشمل :
1- أعمال ترميم وتدعيم المنشآت بدءا من إصلاح و تدعيم العناصر الإنشائية مثل القواعد و الأعمدة والأسقف وانتهاءً بتجديد المباني تجديدا معماريا شاملا .
2- أعمال المنشآت الصناعية المتخصصة وكافة الأعمال المعدنية .
3- أعمال العزل الحديث للحرارة والرطوبة والصوت بأحدث الخامات وكذلك أعمال الدهانات الإيبوكسية .
4- أعمال معالجة زيادة منسوب المياه الجوفية في المنشآت بحلول هندسية مبتكرة .
5- أعمال التشطيبات المميزة للقصور والفيلات التي تتطلب مستوى مميزا في التشطيبات .

Our services offered for our clients vary as follows :

1 ) the integrated engineering works, including:
1- Integrated engineering designs (architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, and sanitary) fulfilled by a team of consulting engineers of the engineering faculties staff.
2- Making the required estimates before construction, valuating the cost of the engineering projects, and preparing schedules attached to financial flows required for implementation.
3- Making feasibility study for the various engineering projects.
4- Giving all engineering consultations and providing creative solutions regarding accomplishing all kinds of constructions.

2 ) integrated contracting works, including:
1- The construction besides the interior and exterior finishing of business and residential buildings; from excavation and concrete to finishing, electrical, mechanical, and sanitary works. The integrated contracting works offered by the various governmental bodies.
2- Integrated supervision on the implementation and the receipt of works to ensure the quality of constructions at the lowest cost.

3 ) specialized contracting works, including:
1- Repairing and reinforcing the constructions; structural elements such as: bases, columns, and ceilings, and carrying out a comprehensive architectural renewing of the buildings
2- Works of Specialized industrial plants and all metal works.
3- Works of heat, moisture, and sound insulation using recently produced materials and works of epoxy paints.
4- Works of treating high ground water table with creative engineering solutions.
5- Special finishing works for palaces and villas which requires high standard finishing.
