نادي الأعمال بجامعة الملك عبدالعزيز (KAUBC) 3.21

الرؤية:
تخريج جيل قيادي ملم بأصول الإدارة وعلومها.

الرسالة :
تزويد المجتمع بقادة متميزين بالالتزام و روح المنافسة و محافظين على
أخلاق دينهم الإسلامي مع اعتزازهم بانتمائهم لوطنهم.

الأهداف :

1- إعداد فئة شبابيه قادرة على قيادة نفسها وقيادة الآخرين.

2- تلبية احتياجات ورغبات الأعضاء التعليمية من خلال الدورات المتخصصة واللقاءات الشخصية مع كبار شخصيات المجال الإداري.

3- سد الفجوة بين المناهج النظرية و حاجات سوق العمل من خلال تدريب الأعضاء على التقنيات المستخدمة في المكاتب وتعريفهم بفنون التسويق وخدمة العملاء وكيفية اتخاذ القرارات.

4- زرع القيم السوية من شجاعة , رحمة , تقدير الذات و المبادرة في نفوس الأعضاء.

5- توفير كامل الفرص التي يحتاجها العضو من أجل استثمار كامل طاقته القيادية من خلال تنويع مصادر التعليم و وضع خطط عملية تؤهله لمواجهة متطلبات سوق العمل.

6- زرع حب الإطلاع في نفوس الأعضاء من خلال جلسات المناقشة الأسبوعية لأحدث الكتب ألإدارية , ومحاولة الوصول إلى أسرار الإدارة لدى أعظم رجال وسيدات الأعمال في العالم.


أنشطة نادي الأعمال(kaubc):

1- اللقاء الشهري (حياة في الإدارة) مع أحد رجال أو سيدات الأعمال حيث يتم
التطرق إلى بداية هذه الشخصية في مجال الأعمال منذ التخرج حتى الوصول إلى تأسيس أو إدارة نشاطها التجاري الخاص (لقاء مفتوح)

2- الجلسة الأسبوعية لمناقشة كتاب في الإدارة (جلسة مفتوحة)

3- دورات تخصصية إدارية وتقنية (مجانا لأعضاء النادي)

4- القيام بزيارات ربع سنوية إلى إحدى الشركات والمؤسسات في مدينة جدة و
التعرف على أسلوب الإدارة فيها(أعضاء النادي)


آلية الالتحاق بنادي الأعمال(kaubc):

1- التسجيل لدى مكتب وحدة الأنشطة بكلية الاقتصاد والإدارة.

Vision:

Objectives:

1 - prepare class ÔČÇČíĺ able to lead themselves and lead others.

2 - meet the needs and desires of members through educational courses specialized and personal meetings with senior figures administrative area.

3 - bridging the gap between theoretical approaches and the needs of the labor market through training of members on the techniques used in offices and introduce them to the arts of marketing and customer service and how decisions are made.

4 - planting normal values of courage, compassion, self-esteem and initiative in the hearts of the members.

5 - Provide full opportunities needed by the user in order to invest the entire leadership capacity through diversification of sources of education and develop practical plans qualify to meet the requirements of the labor market.

6 - viewing sow love in the hearts of members through weekly discussion sessions for the latest management books, and try to access the management secrets of the greatest businessmen and businesswomen in the world.


Business Club activities (kaubc):

1 - Monthly meeting (life management) with a business men or women where they are
Addressed to the beginning of this character in business since graduation even access to the establishment or management of private commercial activities (Open Meeting)

2 - meeting weekly to discuss the book in Management (Open Session)

3 - specialized courses administrative and technical (free for club members)

4 - to make quarterly visits to one of the companies and institutions in the city of Jeddah and
Identify the management style (club members)
