The project consists of 3 building parts with a total of 31 business units around a connection road. The units will be created in the size of 120-1100 m2 and are almost all equipped with a quarter floorlevel. The construction starts with a forward sale of 50%. Parking spaces will be located on the front of the business units. The opening up of the plan shall be made from Turda Street. On either side of the entrance gates are frames with name panels of the owners or tenants, so each occupant of a business unit good findable for visitors.
