The Nea Ionia station is an ISAP train station in Nea Ionia, Greece several kilometres north of Athens. It is marked at the 17.923 km from the starting point in Piraeus. It was also a train station that served from Lavriou Square and Strofyli ran by the Attica Railways, it was spotted at km 7.340 from Lavriou Square. The station first opened as Podarades in which it came from an older name of the settlement in which later became the city of Nea Ionia by refugees from an area formerly called Ionia in Asia Minor in 1922. The station closed in 1938. In the same spot, the present ISAP station was opened on March 14, 1956 and uses the same name. It was the northernmost terminus of ISAP until March 4, 1957. The station was renovated in 2003. It features two platforms.
