Photo hunting have today diversified considerably from the initial expeditions of the pioneering explorers and colonialists. Tourism is becoming an increasingly prevalent economic factor for many rural areas around Romania, in several regions surpassing traditional industries such as agriculture.
Photo hunting is a form of Eco tourism in which the public can become educated on the ecosystems and animal kingdoms of indigenous regions, from Danube Delta to alpine peaks of the Carpathians, on expeditions by vehicles and stations. Through the use of professional guides tourists are provided safe transportation, certified educational services, discovery, photography and filming by Wildlife Film Production Romania (WLF).

Why photo-hunting is so appreciated?

Because it provides an opportunity to satisfy a passion for spending time alongside harmoniously integrated wildlife. Last but not least, we need to remind satisfaction when the photographer can be proud in front of friends and acquaintances, with an exceptional trophy..

What are the best trophyes?

We believe that „most valuable trophy" is covered with the multitude of blessings that photographer-hunter will get from this activity. Meeting a wild animal under controlled conditions and especially photo-hunter able to capture on film or photo animal reactions is an opportunity both to experience the adrenaline hunter but also an opportunity to show real artistic qualities and not every time the chance to capture a unique situation in wildlife photo-hunted animal.

Basic program I (apliable to al four 3 nights travel packages described in the PPT presentation, attached): 3 nights in Buzau/ Prahova/ Brasov, hunting lodge, (between January 7th – December 31st, 2014)

Day 01 BUCHAREST - BUZAU/ PRAHOVA/ BRASOV
Arrival to Bucharest
Meet & Assist and transfer to Buzau/ Prahova/ Brasov, hunting lodge by modern car (3+1 seats) or minibus VW Transporter (8+1 seats).
Check-in and accommodation with the hunting lodge and surroundings.
Presentation and familiarity with the photo-hunting guide and techniques.
Overnight at the hunting lodge in Buzau/ Prahova/ Brasov.


Day 02 BUZAU/ PRAHOVA/ BRASOV
Breakfast at the hunting lodge.
Identifying geographic area and establishing routes.
Participate in expeditions searching for the photo-hunting trophyes, guided by WLF.
Optional - tasting classical Mediterranean culinary preparations with forest fruits and mushroms, traditional Romanian food and the innovations resulting from combining the two categories.
Overnight at the hunting lodge in Buzau/ Prahova/ Brasov.

Day 03 BUZAU/ PRAHOVA/ BRASOV
Breakfast at the hunting lodge.
Participate in expeditions searching for the photo-hunting trophyes, guided by WLF.
Optional - dinner with traditional Romanian food.
Overnight at the hunting lodge in Buzau/ Prahova/ Brasov.

Day 04 BUZAU/ PRAHOVA/ BRASOV – BUCHAREST
Transfer from Buzau/ Prahova/ Brasov to Bucharest airport for return flight.

Optional trips:
- in Buzau – visit to the mud volcanoes of Paclele Mici – Paclele Mari. The reservation, located 12 km from Berca, stretches over an area of about 30 hectares and consists of numerous miniature volcanoes that erupt in the form of clay sludge. Volcanoes of Paclele Mari are located in the central part of the basin Berca, at an altitude of 320 m.
- in Prahova/Brasov - Full Day Tour to the Carpathian Mountains to visit Bran Castle, Poiana Brasov and Brasov.
Optional - dinner with traditional Romanian food.
