The apartment is very cozy and comfy with a modern style, right in the heart of Brasov, located in a very posh, quiet, clean, safe and elegant neighborhood.

Renting out my apartment , that is a 1 bedroom apartment, living room and 1 bathroom.

1 real queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the liven room.

THE space is great for 2 couples / 2-4 quests.

Clean linens and towels provided.

THE apartment is in a brand new building with modern furniture and fully equipped for all your needs.

THE kitchen and fridge/freezer is also available for your use. You are free to use all of the appliances to cook meals if you would like to save money on food. There is a grocery store, a mall and a supermarket with fresh food downstairs the building.

I'm always available by text, email and cell phone. I'm accessible as needed to be.

I can arrange transportation to Poiana Brasov, Bran and Castelul Bran, and any other places you would like to visit, for a very good price.

Getting Around

The house is located:
20 minutes walk from the train station
30 minutes walk from the old downtown, clubs, restaurants, shops
5 minutes away from a market with fresh organic food !!!

THE Bus transit system is easy to use, and there is plenty of public transportation in the area, the closests bus stations are 5 minutes away.

I do provide parking in front of the house.

Other Things to Note

This is a condo, not a hotel. Therefore the neighbors like their quietness and discreet guests. Pls respect them and do not make noise or parties while there.
