For day trips visit the famous ancient walled town of Obidos, the fishing town of Peniche or the surf beaches of Baleal all of which are less than a 30 minutes’ drive away.

Facilities:
The bedrooms all have single beds; the two upstairs bedrooms share a large roof terrace with great views and a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and bidet. The master bedroom on the ground floor and has direct access to the garden and an en-suit bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and bidet.

On the ground floor there is a good size lounge / dining room with direct access onto the terrace, kitchen also with direct access to the terrace, toilet, entrance hall, closet and storage room.

Outside there is a private swimming pool, large terraced area with outside dinning table and chairs, sun loungers, easy chairs, BBQ, gated drive and a nice private garden.

The villa is fully equipped to a very high standard and includes; hair dryers in bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, grill, gas hob, kettle, toaster etc etc., normal and Nesspresso coffee machines, washing machine/dryer, dish washer, bed linen and towels (not beach towels).
There is a full entertainment system including, flat screen TV, Cable TV with 500+ channels including international stations, I-pod docking station with speakers, CD, DVD with a small selection of movies.
