The North House 2.97

The first floor has 2 bedrooms:
- Room A with sea view, Double Bed Queen Size and a large terrace.
- Room B with sea view from the terrace and one double-bed-queen size + one single bed.
The first floor has one bathroom and a hall with sea view.

The Ground floor
- Entrance made from the back terrace (there is an exterior parking with place to park the car).
- One Kitchen fully equipped (dish washer, toaster, microwave etc...) with 4 people dining table (one bigger in the living room and one in the terrace).
- One toilet/washroom.
- One Living room with a 4 meter window to the sea, couch, TV, Wi-fi, dining table for 8 and 2 convertible single trundle bed (can be transformed in a king size bed when opened).
- From the living room you access another terrace with sea view fully equipped with small barbecue, mattresses, dining table etc..
The pool is only open from around May to around October and the access is made from the outside of the house, you have sea view from the pool as well as a shared garden.

Quiet place even though you are on a 5minute walking distance from everything.
