Casa de Paços - Arinto 2008 -Jancis Robinson Notes on our wines (2010-12.): Some Barrel Fermentation obvious in this structures wine. Very fine and tart with green vegetation aromas. Made to Age in Bottle. 16.5 Drink
A perfumed nose leads onto a tight, structured palate with good concentration of tropical fruit salad contact & lemon persistence. Partial skin maceration & barrel contact for the Arinto with lees stirring makes for an interesting wine with leesy sourdough tang to the finish. Very good by Sarah Ahmed http://thewinedetective.co.uk
