The Human Voice Welfare Organization Sindh (THVWOS) as a non-profit, non-political, non-sectarian & non-governmental organization keeps a great desire to be one of Sindh's leading NGO, working in a wide range of Social Development sectors with a vision to raise the voice of human for empowerment and develop a support mechanism for the people of Sindh to reduce the current socio problems of education, health, Human Rights, youth awareness, natural disaster management and others with emphasis on child and women welfare, environment and community mobilization. The human voice welfare organization has a good network in various districts of Sindh. Majority of members are financial sound and skill full.

INTRODUCTION
The Human Voice Welfare Organization Sindh (THVWOS) is a Voluntary Social Welfare Organization which has been rendering of its Welfare Services for eight months as a non-registered, non-profit, non-sectarian, non-political, non-religious, non-governmental Social Organization on totally self help & voluntary bases with a vision to raise the voice of human for empowerment, Prosperity, peace and it develops a support mechanism for the people of Sindh to reduce the current socio problems of education, health, Human Rights, youth awareness, natural disaster management and others with emphasis on child and women welfare, environment and community mobilization. The Human Voice Welfare Organization Sindh is a human-centered NGO, having a good team work in various districts of Sindh. Majority of members are very dedicated, dynamic, result oriented and skill full.
