Social Development Organization (SDO) is a not-for-profit non-Governmental Organization and starts free of cost work in 2005 in the shape of unemployment exchange (ROZGAR) and given services to needy person regarding unemployment at local level and also gives a consultancy to students in different kinds of life and registered under Registeration & Control Ordinance 1961. It was founded in Apr 2005 and incorporated as a legally registered entity in 10 January 2011vide 57/DO/SW/JNG/11. SDO is an indigenous Organization, which was established by Non-Governmental Organization (NGOs) Workers from (Jhang) Pakistan as a facility to backstop reflection and action by local groups on causes and consequences of poverty and disempowerment of large sections of the communities.
