Hundreds of thousands of Sindhi youth are exposed to crime and extremism. Due to the lack of proper job skills their lives are stuck in a tunnel with no light at the end.

The Sindh Youth Council (SYC) is a registered nonprofit organization under Societies Registration Act 1860, Registration No. 6057. We are dedicated to uplift and empower youth of Sindh by Promoting quality education, imparting professional skills, and creating awareness and social responsibility among them.

The SYC, signed an MOU with Shah Abdul Latif University (SALU), on April 20, 2012, and established a Continuing Education Program under Shikarpur Youth Development Center (SYDC), at the Shikarpur Campus of SALU. The SYDC offers market oriented short courses and career counseling services to prepare youth in competing on the open job markets, domestically, and abroad.
