EDUCATIONAL PHILOSPHY.
Our educational programme is provided within the context of a safe, orderly environment and is supported by a set of school values and a strong staff and student work ethic which promotes acceptance of, and adherence to, high standards in the areas of learning, conduct , uniform and appearance, individual scholarships and philosophy of Tarbiyah.
All classrooms are characterized by the three L’s of Teaching Love, Laughter and Learning.
Strong Islamic principles, values and ethics incorporated and taught through the Tarbiyah Programme are the integral part of our school ethos.The Laureate Lahore is open to all students who subscribe to its philosophy, ethos, values and code of conduct.
The school places heavy emphasis upon the development of collaborative partnerships between the home and the school in the provision of a quality education for all its students; taking into account each individual student’s stages of development, learning style, variation in experience, ability and motivation.Parents are encouraged to take an active role in their child’s education. Education is seen as a partnership between home and the School.
THE CURRICULUM
The Laureate Lahore aims at a broad view of the curriculum based on the key learning areas from pre-school to O level, which then expands into a diverse set of curriculum offerings in A level which equip our students with the skills, knowledge and values necessary to make a smooth transition to College, University or the world of work.
JUNIOR YEARS.
The curriculum is based on the open Education programme, having its roots in many of the traditional early childhood programmes. The techniques of education are;PLAY-as a medium of education.
LANGUAGE-story telling techniques, show and tell.
CREATIVE MEDIA-exploring the world of art and music.
QUESTIONING-knowing the world around and application .
SENIOR SCHOOLING.
To the independent and dynamic youth The Laureate Lahore offers wide range of subjects from science , Arts , Business Studies and Environmental studies. The school is affiliated with university of Cambridge International Examination and Agha University Board. The students are coached under the course work guidelines provided by the external boards . Our graduates have been accepted to Universities at home and at Canada, Australia and United kingdom. Their success is our heritage.
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT.
Currently the School has a vibrant student body of 400 students between the ages of 3 – 17 years taught at two centrally located spacious campuses. Facilities include science and computer laboratories, well equipped library, sports , PE and study trips opportunities.The Planning to open at least two more campuses for the next academic year has already been initiated.
