From Ancient times steams the legend of a cook who was obsessed with being the best. To gain culinary expertise he traveled the world, gathering flavours from the souks of the Arab world and the fine cuisine of the French. His journey ended when the world recognised him as the best chef there was. Settling down in Lahore, Pakistan he decided that with his endless passion for cooking and an inherent sweet tooth, he would establish a bakery that would bring most delicious and mouth watering flavours to the people he loved. He called it Shezan.
