Pakistan Youth Leadership Summit - PYLS 3.33

Pakistan Youth Leadership Summit (PYLS) is a residential conference that will take place from the 24th-28th February 2016 at the Dreamworld Resort , Karachi. The conference will feature a 5 day program devised in a manner to facilitate and motivate the participants to improve their leadership skills.The event aims at providing a platform to the youth of our country to engage in a meaningful dialogue and learn from a panel of renowned national and international guest speakers from different arrays of the society.The underlying themes for the conference are namely Self Awareness , Barriers to Excellence , liberty , Environment , Sustainable Development , Social Responsibility , Culture , Public Speaking , Politics , Public Relations (PR) , Brand Development , Business Enterprise , Technology and Iqbaliyaat (Teachings of Iqbal).
PYLS as an initiative has come a long way in such a short time with its parent organization, Orbit pioneering in extracting talented individuals from the society through opportunities created that serve as platforms to express their talents.The conference aims at providing the youth of today with avenues to develop their personal capacity in areas that will be of use to them in the near future, such as career maping, handling the peer pressure, time management, confidence building, public speaking skills followed by leadership.
Furthermore the conference focuses on the participants to create networks breakthrough connections and get to know each other on professional level. We raise the spirits of young individuals to use their autonomy with responsibility, discover the undiscovered and make the vision turn into reality. Thousands of applicants enroll and after arduous selection process only 200 shall attend. This five day residential conference shall be a life changing experience for many, where we undergo a transformation to impel youth to show their creative spark.
