New Beacon House School and College a pioneer in the filed of educational development in Hunza state. Specializes in the producing brilliant students .Its primary mission is to serve the growing end. New Beacon House seeks to enhancement of students skills through training. Consultancy and research. Since its inception in 1996 more than 500 hundred brilliant students participated in its courses.

New Beacon house was established by local people of Altit 1991 to promote educational development in Hunza state. It functions under the Al-Karim Educational Society with an Autonomous broad of governors by Al-Karim Educational Society Altit.The operating head of the New Beacon House is Mr. Zakir Hussain, who is responsible for administrative and academic affairs and is also member of the board of governors.
New Beacon House is non profit educational organization and its financial requirements are derived from courses fees, contributions from local’s people of Altit grants. The institutes have Science and Arts faculty, science faculty only for school and arts faculty only for New Beacon House College. The New Beacon House School and College Arts and Science faculty consist of multi-disciplinary group of highly qualified and trained teachers having blended of academic and educational teaching experience. They are experts in their subjects of specializations many of whom hold advanced foreign qualifications out side of Hunza state. The full time beacon house is supported by a group of visiting teachers from different school and colleges of Hunza state. New Beacon House Altit Hunza purpose built facilities include fully equipped training centers, science laboratories, computer lab, Reading room, library and play ground.
