Nespak DM&R Division 4.4

The earthquake of October 2005, necessitated establishment of specialized Division in NESPAK to cater for rehabilitation and reconstruction works of areas subjected to catastrophes. Resultantly Disaster Management & Reconstruction Division was established on an immediate basis and was given the responsibility to provide consultancy services for reconstruction of thousands of facilities in the Earthquake affected areas of AJ&K and KPK.

In all these years since its establishment, DMRD has expanded its fields of activities from seismic safe reconstruction to Disaster Management, GIS and Disaster safe Land use Planning .
