Naseer's Boot Camp 4.09

Who is Naseer ?

I grew up in the United Stated playing American Football in my freshman and sophomore year in High School and then played soccer through out my college and university years.

I took courses for physical fitness in my junior college and then worked for "Bally Total Fitness" (chain of gyms in U.S.A) as a personal trainer for 2 years in Houston.

In Karachi, Pakistan I started my career with training Waseem Akram.
I have also trained Nabila, Humaima Malik, Mathira, Nadia Husain, Fahad Mustafa, Sana Bucha, Ayesha Tammy Haq, Hira and Mani.
Currently I am also conducting classes at a multinational for their employees.
