Muhammad Mehfooz Shaheed Rural Welfare Foundation (MMSRWF) is working as an independent, non-governmental, non-profitable and charitable organization. MMSRWF was officially registered on March 19, 2013 in Islamabad under the Trust Act 1882 (Registration No 4016)

The name of Foundation is a tribute to the pride of Nation “Lance Naik Muhammad Mehfooz Shaheed Nishan-i-Haider”, the only Nishan-i-Haider holder in whole Capital Territory of Pakistan and a symbol of identity for whole area especially of village Pind Malkan.

MMSRWF is dedicated to strengthen and uplift communities, especially of rural areas by providing quality education, better health care facilities, clean drinking water, female capacity building and other welfare activities. It has no affiliation with any regional ethnic or political organization of Pakistan or anywhere in the world. It neither seeks political positions nor does it support any political causes or activities. Its areas of operation are rural area of Federal Capital of Pakistan specially Ladhiot Syedian, Pind Malkan, Dheri Syedian, Chountra, Kanatee, Bhimtrar, Bun, Dhoke Ghuda Bukhsh Ghora Must, Bagh Jogian, Sigga and other allied villages.”
