Mirpur Mathelo is a town in Ghotki District, Sindh province, Pakistan. The city is the capital of Ghotki District and is administratively subdivided into ten union councils. The largest building is about 6 floors. This City has to many play ground like: Cricket ground in high and school and degree college, Badminton play ground in high school etc. The NH-5 high way touches this city from the begging till the end, and min temp is 4 degree C in winter and max temp in summer is 49 degree C.CASTSChachar,Pitafi,Siyal,Soomro,Chadhar,Lund,Shah,Khoso,Dehar,Lakhan,Kolachi there are many casts but non muslims(ھندو)is majority in the city.TopographyMirpur Mathelo is a plain land with many trees, mostly Eucalyptus, acacia nilotica ones.. Cultivation is widely found in the area.DrainageMasu Vah flows in the suburb of the city just near the site of Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited. It is the main source of water for cultivation of land. It is also a source of fish for local fishermen.RainAlthough the amount is good it is not reliable as it happens only during the monsoon seasons and rarely occurs other than this period.ReligionCompared with other areas of Sindh, Mirpur Mathelo along with other areas of Ghotki district have comparatively more population of Hindus.
