Who are we?

In a country like Pakistan , more than half of our youth choose wrong careers due to lack of self esteem because of which they cannot stand to go against the societal pressures. More than any other country in world, Pakistan has unemployment rate of 6.5 whereas it stands among least entrepreneurs producing countries. Self esteem can be the difference between success and failure, if You don't value yourself world will also not. Living Leadership Program is aimed at making you realize your potential to achieve what you most desire and that is directly related to your self esteem. Work on building your self esteem and success can be much easier. This program trains our youth for the demands of a unique vision for success and tools necessary to communicate and implement that vision.

Program mission:
To conduct training sessions and workshops to develop the ability that help to adapt change and to achieve true success in financial, personal and professional aspects.

A recent study concluded that there is a significant relationship between leadership programs and employees performance. It indicates that the performance significantly influence firm performance.
