[I] What is PTS?
- The term PTS essentially stands for, ‘Professional Training Sessions’ which serve as highly fundamental for Students (Level: Undergraduate, Graduate and Postgraduate) as well as working Professionals from all walks of life, who are interested in travelling abroad in pursuit of their higher studies (academia purposes) or for work / business /immigration purposes.


[II] What purpose does the course achieve?
- Often termed as a form of, ‘Advanced IELTS’ by many, the course equips with all of the requisite tools, coupled with the pertinent language skills to enable a, ‘feasible transition’ to the foreign state of one’s choice.


[III] What makes this course unique or, ‘one of its kind’?
- PTS goes beyond the general framework of the standard IELTS exam. The course is not just primarily confined to the IELTS Test alone, it garners a wider and far ranging scope than IELTS, essentially focusing on training the candidates for the foreign jurisdictions so that they can meet the needful expectations / requirements of the universities and workplaces abroad.

- The course is taught by foreign qualified Professionals who have a wide range of experience and exposure in language practice in all four core areas of English. - The PTS course typically lasts for a month (4 weeks).


[VII] When can I register for the course?
- Registration can be undertaken at anytime during standard office hours (9 am to 7 pm) via appointment at the HR Consultants Head Office Branch in Beverley Centre, Blue Area, Islamabad.


[VIII] What is the, ‘modus operandi’ of the course?
- The course spans for a month’s duration (depicted above). Each week focuses on a different aspect of the language, essentially comprised of the Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking. The training proceeds on a, ‘fast-track rolling basis’ each month. Fresh training classes are held every Monday. Friday is the weekly appraisal day. Students / Professionals have the provision to attend a demo / trial class beforehand, prior to registration and commencement.


[IX] What are the intricacies involved as pertaining to the class-timings and groupings?
- One complete session entails a time-frame of 1 hour in a day. The course is primarily organized into 3 groups. Group 1 is scheduled in the afternoon from 16:00 to 17:00 hrs, whilst Group 2 follows suit in the late-afternoon from 17:00 to 18:00 hrs and lastly, Group 3 is scheduled from 18:30 to 19:30 hrs for a period of 5 consecutive days in a week (Monday to Friday).


[X] What are the, ‘learning sources’ which the course utilizes for training and preparation?
- We provide our students with a comprehensive book of resources including Hand-outs, lecture notes, the ICE booklet, 404 Book and books from the Cambridge Series. It covers both the Academic and Non-Academic (General Training) modules of the IELTS exam in sufficient depth.
- In addition to this, candidates are provided with different exam materials that helps evaluate progress at each stage.


[XI] What is the, ‘forte’ of PTS?
- The crux of the course is its Vocabulary Enhancement Exercise (VEE) & the General Knowledge Booster Sessions (GKBS) which serve as highly conducive not only for the IELTS Test but in general terms for practical everyday life as well at the University or Workplace.

- The most imperative part of the course is the, ‘PTS Register’ which essentially encapsulates the 4 different modules of the IELTS Test and a contemporary elaborate Index essentially harboring, ‘Band-9’ words of the English language in a highly comprehensive manner.

- The afore-stated register is a. ‘state of the art’ compilation from different resources and is tailor-made by the candidates in the duration of the 4 week period. It serves as an, ‘additional safeguard’ along with the IELTS Test Result in the foreign country. Through continued revision, it keeps the language skills of the candidate sufficiently polished.
