FCC Libraries proudly comprises of Ewing Memorial Library, Information Commons (IC) and Nasim Sabir Butt Library.

The Ewing Memorial library - your best friend on campus, was built in 1943 and named after Dr. Sir J.C.R Ewing the second principal of the college. Before that, the college library was rendering its services on the Old Campus of FCC at Neela Gunbad, Lahore which was eventually shifted to the new building after its completion. The library holds the pride of being one of the oldest college libraries in Lahore.

Information Commons (S-125) is a Ewing Memorial Library initiative successfully started off in 2012. It is a 21st century learning space that integrates the expertise of a skilled reference/instruction librarian and technically proficient staff to help the users with their on-spot intellectual and technology needs.

Nasim Sabir Butt Library is located in Shusheela Building Room 026. The section of the College Library started in September 2010 P-block room 010 for the intermediate students. On 28th August, 2014, the College Section Library was renamed in recognition of a gift of Rs. 150,000 grants by Mr. Ansar Butt, Formanite 1986 till 1988, to honor his mother Mrs. Nasim Sabir Butt as a Gift Naming Opportunity.
