(12). in case of arguments of serious nature between members it is adviced to use language of literate people and talk like gentleman in worst case members should block each other to avoid confrontation in future as well to help avoiding disturbance to the lovely environment of the group.
(13).Members once included in the group must agree to abide by all the rules of the group if they feel anything uncomfortable they can report it in the comment or they can simply leave the group in case of rules look out to be against their nature

(15). Members are expected to have a broader sense and attitude to take up things posted in postive sense in case of any misunderstandings they can directly report .it to the admin or tag the admin on specific post.

Rules are made after deeply scrutinizing the problem in various groups for proper functioning and clear cut methodology adopted any suggestion for improvement or disagreement is always welcome they can be be changed from time to time according to the growing needs, convenience and resonable demands of the members.
