Concordia Colleges under the umbrella of the Beaconhouse Group aspire to offer world class education in an innovative and technology-enabled environment at an economical cost. Our vision is to establish a House of Wisdom at the national level with a distinctive approach to cater for the current and future educational needs of the country. It will free our students from rote- learning and tuition needs. We will accomplish our mission by fulfilling the social responsibility of bringing a positive change to the society in terms of quality education and intellectual development.
Description
The Concordia Faculty and staff will infuse life in our vision by creating and supporting a college environment and culture where all are affectionately welcomed, accepted and valued for their individual dignity and importance. Our goal is to be a role model institution in many ways. We are the first in Pakistan to provide each student with modern technological tools like a Tablet along with educational videos covering full courses, thus allowing a student to go through the lecture as many times as a student likes. The recorded videos of subject experts and trained subject instructors would ensure that the standard of instruction and learning are the same at every Concordia College. Our interactive learning approach will allow our students to acquire and master problem-solving techniques. Our Learning Management System (LMS) will also be an additional source for meeting student needs. Moderated online discussion forums would be a supporting resource available to students during and after the college hours. The LMS will provide dashboard information to parents to monitor, gauge and evaluate the student’s performance on daily basis. This proactive evaluation approach would provide an up-to-date progress and status of participation report of the student in the college. Last but not the least Concordia College will provide incentive-oriented career development guidelines.
