Bridge is working for capacity development of NGOs and CBOs and provides different trainings in different fields for human resources development. Bridge also provides logistics and admin support to NGOs, CBOs and other organizations in organization of trainings/events including workshops, seminars and advocacy meetings.

Our focus of activities is prevention and control of infectious diseases. Bridge closely works with Government and Non Government Organizations including, Infection Control Society Pakistan (ICSP) and Infectious Diseases Society of Pakistan (IDSP) for prevention and control of infectious diseases in the country. Bridge has successfully completed several important projects in collaboration with above organizations including development of Infection Control Manual, Epidemiological research studies to monitor trends and patterns of Hepatitis, Tuberculosis, STIs and HIV/AIDS.

Bridge has developed strong linkages with nationals and internationals organizations such as Ministries of Health, Population and Education. Academic institutions include Baqai Medical University, Aga Khan University and Dow University of Health Sciences. Internationally we work with National Institute of Health (NIH-USA), University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), Vanderbilt University of Nashville, Tennessee. World AIDS Foundation (WAF) and World Health Organization (EMRO). One of the main achievements has been the collaboration and development of an international training program called AIDS International Training & Research Program (AITRP) which provides short and long term professional trainings and research grants to local public health personnel supported by NIH USA. Bridge is also a member of international coalition called Safe Injection Global Network (SIGN) which aims to improve unsafe injection practices.
