FOUNDER AND FORMER PRESIDENT 'S MESSAGE

In the name of Allah, the most beneficent the most merciful

Respected Members,

It has almost been Eight years since foundations of our society “BLUE” had been laid. I feel elevated with the rapid progress it has been making since then. Five batches of the faculty with majority of our founding members have graduated and serving the nation with their technical and social talents. If we take a survey we will be astonished to see the current positions of our so many graduate members, as it had been a general perception that graduates of a new born faculty will not survive the nepotism based industry. You go to Telecom operators, vendors, subcontractors, R&D organizations and esteemed institutes of higher education within Pakistan and abroad you will find our members there.

Now the upcoming budding engineers are maintaining the tree whose seed had been sown by the pioneer batch. The tree is still in the process of growing and a lot more has to be done to make it bear the fruit and cast a shadow. You people being the active organizers of the forum have some benefits along with some challenges to face. You have Five graduate batches of almost 450 members in the market with versatile experience and skill sets. You can learn from their experiences and if you arrange a seminar every fortnight by the time you graduate you will be trained with all the technology in the industry. As far as challenges are concerned, you have the utmost responsibility of properly structuring the society in a working manner. The initial members were focused only on making the faculty independent and acquire necessary accreditation. The primary objectives by the blessings of Allah have been achieved successfully. Now scope of our working mechanism needs to be opened to the limits beyond the skies.

I also would like to add that we the graduate members are working on forming an alumni wing under the coordination of the working organization in the campus for regular interaction between the passed out and in-campus members. You people are the torch bearers for all the engineers in the country as our society is the first of its own kind to provide a platform for the unity of engineers. Keep raising the bar daily and aim high, you will achieve your goals with the blessings of Allah and with your capabilities.

WaSalaam and Regards,

Muhammad Furqan
