Bahawalpur Service Delivery Unit 3.03

BSDU is a dedicated unit in the District Cordination Officer's Office , Bahawalpur, Punjab , Pakistan, which focuses on improving service delivery to the citizen. It is developed around the principles of administrative efficiency and citizen inclusion in the process of service delivery. The idea was developed by Imran Sikandar Baloch, DCO Bahawalpur and Asim Fayaz, Director Technology for People Initiative, LUMS, Lahore. Making All Voices Count through the Global Innovation Competition has awarded the idea the first prize of GBP 65000 grants and six months expert mentor ship.
