Our premises are equipped with security software as well as security personnel and we take pride in our experienced and well trained staff to develop, look after and nurture your young ones.

Bachpan stands out as an exemplary educational learning centre for children due to its daily hands on Monitoring & Evaluation by members of our Board. They are present at almost all times to ensure a holistic development of the children and to maintain quality control throughout the organization.

Bachpan takes pride in limited and exclusive percentage of enrollment per quarter of the calendar year to ensure the consistency in quality par excellence, giving every child the opportunity to grow to the best of her or his ability.

CEO of Bachpan:
Mrs. Fawzia Ansari, is one of the most highly regarded Early Years Educator in the Twin Cities. With 30 plus years of service excellence in the Beacon House School system as a teacher, Senior Headmistress, Teacher Trainer, Curriculum Developer and Early Years expert, she now brings her passion and expertise of Pre-School learning to BACHPAN. A certified educationist with decades of expertise in the field of education and administration, she founded and heads Bachpan with the compassion to integrate new and evolving systems of education & learning with successfully implemented foundations of Pre-School to Primary level curricula across the globe.

Founding Director:
Saman Ansari, is an internationally recognized entrepreneur with her unmatched excellence in communication as her global identity. She brings her leadership and management skills to BACHPAN coupled with her artistic flair and over 18 years of experience in the USA as an event designer to the fun filled learning activities at BACHPAN.

Director HR & Extra Curricula Projects:
Sulmeen Ansari is an Educationist, a Human Resources professional and a media personality. She brings forth 15 years of expertise in organizational development, master training, motivational public speaking and performing arts. She heads Human Resources and Extra Curricula Projects at Bachpan.

Honorary Director Organizational and Educational Development: Farhad Karamally is an Organization Development (OD) consultant, management facilitator and a published author. Farhad specializes in unleashing human genius through leadership, creativity & change management initiatives that assist in generating excellence in organizational culture. As a practitioner of appreciative inquiry to get results, he is renowned for facilitating strategic meetings with management & leadership teams to envision future strategies.
