M/S A & A Enterprises started its business activities at the start of 2009. Mr. Malik Wasim Ahmed and Mr. Ali Asghar are the founding members of M/S A & A Enterprises. By the grace of Allah Almighty the factory started full gear production in February 2010.

Mr. Ali Asghar holds a strong profile in the steel industry as he started his career in 1984, as a pioneer of installation of steel units like Re-Rolling mills and Furnaces in Lahore, Gujranwala and Islamabad Industrial Zones.

Mr. Waseem Ahmed on the other hand having a sound background in the business of import export, later joined hands in the steel business with Mr. Ali Asghar.
