Brand new and state of the art weight equipment, plenty of racks and cable machines, and dumbbells up to 60kgs, 313’s got you covered.
For those who prefer to do it in groups, we run regular gym floor classes, to spice up your workout routine, and keep you motivated. These are included in your membership and are a great way to meet people and learn more, not to mention get a killer workout!
Prefer some one-on-one attention? Our Personal Trainers are here to help you reach your goal, whatever it may be. Their encouragement, help and advice make sure you’re getting the most out of your workouts, so you get to your goal faster.
