The Zambales Vogue Talent Field Philippines (TM) is a group that was established to promote the potential of local talents in the field of Performing Arts (Dance, Music, Theater Arts, Public Speaking) and Modeling.

Our Vision, “To be a well-respected talent group that provides competitive talents, leveraging skills and abilities, delivered by best-in-class individuals from Zambales and nearby areas."

Our Mission, “To achieve our objectives in an environment of competency with fairness, honesty, and courtesy towards our clients, talents, and society at large."

Our Objectives,

Market and promote limitless possibilities for Local Talents in a well diverse approach though a Competitive Environment where they can interact to their Co-leagues with the same interests as they have or learn new things from a Collaborative Environment;

We create an environment that is equal, fair and just. We ensure that all talents will be treated equal regardless of their Gender, Race, Ethnicity, Religion and other Cultural Preferences;

We aim to Increase Productivity of young talents though Training and Workshops handled by credible and highly remarked trainers;

We develop Innovation towards the field of Performing Arts they are capable of performing though Continuous Coaching Programs and Personality Development Programs (CCP-PDP);

We Guarantee to Handle Clients with Professionalism and to promote them with expertise and treat each information with confidentiality;

We Increase the Profitability of Talents in a Flexible Environment without violating any existing laws and regulations implemented by the state;

Broaden Financial Resources of our Talents through a fair Profit Sharing of 80/20 wherein the majority shall proceed directly to the talent;

Improve and outsource facilities conducive for any events that Zambales Vogue Talent Field Philippines (TM) will be conducting;

We have Created an Organizational Structure to maximize the talents and train their Leadership and Management Skills;
