Born out of love for anything creative and messy, and our craft crew's frustration over not finding adequate craft materials and supplies locally, Which Craft Shop was born.

As we build our inventory, we will post On-Hand Items as they become available. Prices are usually listed with the item description except for high-ticket items (i.e electronic die-cutting machines), as market prices are very volatile and could fluctuate with so many factors including US-Peso dollar exchange rate. All you have to do is send us a link of that item and we'll send you an updated quote.

We keep a very minimal On-Hand inventory to keep our prices down and affordable. No storage space, no warehouse, NO ADDED COST for you! Doesn't that make you smile? This allows us to keep our promise to you. Our promise to make your crafty dreams and wishes a reality by ensuring our prices are competitive with US retail prices.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders will run monthly from the 7th to the 21st of each month, give or take. If (by a very small chance) what you want is not in our list, you could send us a link of that item from any US site and we will give you a quote if we could source it from our suppliers. Our suppliers constantly add new items, including CHA New Releases, so chances are, we could find that item for you.

Price of the Item/s + Tax + Shipping to the Philippines + Profit Margin = Your Quote! No hidden costs :)

Local Shipping & Handling will depend on your item/s & where it will be sent. We normally use JRS Express to ship your orders from Davao to anywhere in the Philippines, but if you prefer LBC or 2Go, we could do that too but note that their rate is higher and it may take us longer to get to their stores. Unlike JRS wherein we already have a love-hate relationship with our trusty Manong :)

PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
It is a widely accepted retail practice in the US to price match items. Which Craft Shop will match the price if you find a lower price on an identical available product at a local retail competitor's store, or an online retailer. Simply let us know when you are making your purchase and provide proof of the competitor's pricing (screenshots, etc.). Our craft crew will then do all the necessary cartwheels to make sure we are able to price-match.

The Guarantee DOES NOT APPPLY to: Our competitors' offers that include financing, layaway, bundling of items, free items, pricing errors, items that are advertised as limited-quantity, out of stock, open-box, clearance, refurbished/used items, and shipping and handling.

TEXT INQUIRIES (0917.700.2629)
We love crafting as much as you do. And we love staring at and drooling over crafting "must-haves," as much as you do. BUT, we are not online the entire day and we do not have our pricelist in front of us 24-hours a day, so we most probably cannot give you a quote via text. We can, however, answer clarification questions via texts such as ordering procedures or other questions, other than price inquiries. Like most of you, we also keep a full-time job (to finance our crafting!) and we also have two little whimsical creatures to run after :) No calls please, and mind your time 8am to 8pm. Of course you could text us anytime, but at time we may reply with "working with a patient" or "on a date" ;)

WHEN YOU ARE READY
Send us a PM with the link of the item/s you want to order and we will send you an invoice within 24 hours during the week and within 48 hours during the weekend, at most. If you do not hear from us within these time frames, please send a follow-up PM, just to make sure your message didn't get lost.

For pre-orders, 50% of the fees should be settled before we place your orders through our suppliers and the remaining 50%, not until we have confirmed that we received your item/s and we are ready to ship it out to you.

Please remember we believe in the innate goodness of humanity. Your PM confirmation to purchase constitutes a contract to pay for the items you ordered in full within 1 week from date of arrival plus local shipping costs, if necessary. Failure to do so without prior arrangement with our craft crew at Which Craft? Shop constitutes a breach of contract and allows the your name and contact details in our page as a bogus buyer or joy reserver. BUT of course, we don't want to do this :)

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept BPI & BDO Deposits, GCash Payments and Paypal, that means that yes, we can take credit cards! WootWoot!

SHIPPING
We ship anywhere in the Philippines as long as local carriers can get to your place. You would always pay for shipping unless we are running a "Free Friday Shipping," in which case, you will not be paying local shipping fees from our Which Craft Shop to your delivery address anywhere in the Philippines.

Remember that each order is unique in size, weight, and destination. We will give exact shipping fee once we have received pre-orders from our suppliers or we are ready to ship out on-hand items as we have to factor dimensions and weights.
